Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and product photos may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

- Hygiene products
- Customized items
- Clearance or sale items
Return Process
1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the product.
3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
4. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or another agreed method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
